“Tricky to score this one... loved the products I bought but seriously annoying, timewasting experience trying to buy them online... apparently not possible to order on an Apple device (without downloading an App which is how I eventually managed) nor in deperation can you order by ringing up and placing order on the phone... I very much got the impression that you didn't really care if I ordered anyting ot not!”

“Bought bicycles in Edinburgh outlet. The bikes are good but the set up and subsequent service of the bikes was really terrible. Brakes were badly set up, mudguard rubbed of the tire and gears were not adjusted correctly. If you buy bikes here make sure you can maintain them yourself.”

“I have done 150 miles on the BTWIN 500 Road Bike and I can safely say, "it's a joy to ride". The Equinox tyres has very good grip in both dry or wet conditions and up to now i have not had a puncture. This is a bike that i would highly recommend and when coupled with the first class service I received at the Bolton store both the bike and the service is a best buy!”

“I am so very please with Marino Wool base layer. The dispatch was quick, the fit is perfect, the item is as described and the price was exceptional. I would highly recommend Decathalon for sporting goods.”

“Decathalon were fine but the delivery service was terrible in the fact that they stuck stickers intentionally all over the fragile sticker handle with care. So it couldn't be seen. So box was battered with tools rattling inside box on new bike causing damage.”

“Decathlon offers a very good quality products for a decent price. just to mention a trail kalenji vest I bought for 25£ which is a bargain. I has all that is needed and the first impression was that it is similar to the pricy ones from salomon or ultiate direction. Just keep your pries on a decent level and you will be successful. Runners are very sensitive o keep it in mind”

“The delivery date given was not met and was in fact 3 working days late and 5 in total. The bike however was as it appeared and I am very happy with it. I would recommend that if you do want a bike from them then to if possible pick it up from in store. Their in store staff are not the best trained either. I would still use them again but would ensure that I research the item before going to the store and being looked at like I'd asked them to stop a speeding train.”
