“Everything as promised, nice speedy delivery, we had to exchange an item, this was dealt with very promptly, too. PS. We would love to have a decathlon store closer to where we live (i.e. Norwich)”

“Amazing, fast and very useful! I use everyday from St Paul to Vauxhall and it takes me 35min along the Thames (it is a real exercise!). It is important to look for the the most flat pavements (not always easy to find), otherwise you loose speed, spend more energy and feel like if you are destroying the scooter. It's very easy to carry the equipment when I take the tube or walk up the stairs.”

“The site was easy to use, really efficient and quick delivery. I did experience one downside, trying to change the shipping address after placing my order. Immediately, as in 10-15 minutes, after placing my order I noticed the shipping address was wrong and contacted customer services to change it. The next notification I received was that my order had been dispatched, to the wrong address. If you could provide some means to make a correction like this, it would be perfect.”

“Good range of sporting goods although website is not always easy to navigate. High minimum spend for free delivery. No possibility of making changes to order, even within a couple of hours. Prices are generally competitive.”

“I have bought an Oxylane rain down Iris coat. It's lightweight, warm and great to wear in winter. However, it's two-months old and feathers are starting to come out through the jacket. This is disappointing, as the coat has not been heavily used. And it can be embarrassing in some circumstances. A shame, as I really enjoyed wearing the coat, but not worth spending the money if down starts to surface.”

“Sometimes it can be difficult to find a product due to all the sub menus. I find myself having to search under swimming, snorkelling, diving, freediving, spear fishing, for similar products. Similarly, a search for rash vests won't bring back results for other water sun protection, so you can potentially miss out. Otherwise very happy with the range of products and prices.”

“I really like the website and the opportunity to shop on line at Decathlon and see the whole range. Good prices and a wide range of products. The delivery this time was slow, and very slow compared to other stores. I would prefer to order on line and collect from store so I can try things on rather than the cost of returns but I no longer live near your stores.”
