“First I had to return the product because the sizing on the website was misleading, I was sent a small rather than a medium pair of ski trousers. When I returned them, I had to follow up as they had not registered receiving them. They then sent me the right size, but the fit was not right, so I returned these ones as well. Decathlon has so far denied receiving these, and are refusing to pay the refund, leaving me £120 out of pocket. My experience of dealing with their warehouse first time around shows that their returns process does not work properly, and even though I have pointed this out to them, they still refuse to make the refund. What an unpleasant and expensive experience! Zero marks to Decathlon for honesty.”

“I was very please with my parcel but it takes more than a week to arrive in my nearest decathlon . I think it's a shame you have to pay to have better services . I was thinking by collecting in the shop I will have save money and time but no it takes a full week.”

“It took nearly an hour in store to order an exercise bike as the screen did not work properly. It took 2 trips to the cash desk and 2 different in store personnel. Then, when ordered there was a problem with the delivery that meant we were not kept informed on when it would arrive. I phoned to find the store could not help me and was given another number. That number meant I had to leave a message, then no-one returned my call. Customer service was very poor - but the bike works!”

“Chelsea shirt arrived very promptly, fast delivery via royal mail. Sizes come up small, as read on a review by another customer. So ordered a size larger and was glad I did. Son very happy”

“Visited to return an Christmas gift. We expected the usual after christmas hassle you can get in stores but Decathlon dealt with it with ease. They looked up the item and ordered a new one online to be delivered to our home.”

“I can't fault the service, web site very easy to use, prompt delivery of goods and clear instructions for return if necessary. Goods received were excellent value, one of my husbands favourite items, the lightweight padded jacket is being worn a lot. Thank you.”

“I have tried using the call back service when an item is to be back in stoock and noone called..however I tried the website on the off chance an the itme was in. Tribord snorkel easy breathe. Dectahlon need to call back and also need to stock more.”
