“Big store, one stop shop for sports and more. My experience with Decathlon employees is such that, they are so willing to help and guide customers. Really enjoy spending time in your store. Kindly increase the availability of badminton rackets in Yonex atleast one in every model.”

“get past the selection process and the experience is up what we now all expect from 'the amazon effect'. can feel overwhelming with all the products presented and mixture of gender and adults children dosn't help eg male looking for trousers - any old trousers just want to see all of them and see what grabs me. as for sizes- well its so completely different to any other clothes site and confusing and even if i hurry away to find tape measure and calculator i frequently lose the will and give up or go somewhere more normal. after all that i do sometimes find one or two things to think about buying but not as often as i think given my leisure/sporting requirements. and oh dear the colours sometimes are just dire.”

“All the stuff I've got form Decathlon has been good quality and at a good price, delivery also good. I have had no reason to complain. Regarding ordering online: I have also found this good. However there is some loyalty system which which I cannot fathom - supposedly I am to be rewarded for my frequent purchases??????????”
