“The Sheffield store doesn't carry all the lines Decathlon sell ..needs to be a bigger store with a bigger car park. The shelves and racks are always messy. nothing in its right place. Last time I shopped there I picked up some cycling gloves next to a sign that said £4.99. When I got home I found they had cost me £11.99 !!! Wanted to buy some bike lights you had lots of choice but only 2 types on the shelf. I had the same issue with cycling computers.. I bought both items else where. If it wasn't for the great prices I wouldn't bother going.”

“Their Products are very very very good. i love their products. very good quality and reasonable price. I think they believe in quality. i would really give them 5 star+. Only thing i dont like about them is their website and their app. they are very slow and they really need to fix some bugs. i think i did contact them but ........ i recommend decathlon to everyone.”

“I've ordered a jumper for my son, but it wasn't in warehouse, so You canceled this order. I've paid for that, but didn't get money back. So my feedback is with one star ony.”

By the time you have placed the order we authorized the money but by the time we cancel the item the value of the fleece was release. “Ordered something online and then needed to change the pick up place. After terrible difficulty finding a contact number, and an inordinate delay in replying to my message AND email they said it was too late to change anything at all. It all just seemed like too much trouble to be honest.....very disappointing as the in store people, particularly in Southampton, are generally VERY helpful. The products are good but I just wouldn't expect anything above and beyond a very average service. Fine if your requirements are straightforward.”

“I use Decathlon in both Spain and here in England.I must say that the spanish shop just outside Valencia out shines the one near here ( Dudley ). The last time I went into the one in Dudley about three to four weeks ago it looked like a bomb had gone off , clothes ect all over the floor. Talking to other shoppers its does seem that you not catering for the runners in the community any longer, you did not have a lot to offer.Pitty as the running gear that I have purchased is very good and at the right price.The staff you have working in the shop are very good and helpfull and they did apologise for the state of the shop and lack of stock. If you are stopping the running gear please say, as it would save me over an hours drive coming over only to be disapointed when I got there.”

“I would like to mention a couple of things. The first is to mention the good delivery service, very impressed. The second is regarding one of the items I previously ordered. A relative wanted a 'ball pick up' for tennis. On searching your site under tennis one did come up however the picture in the background was related to golf? I searched tennis again and the very same thing came up so I assumed it was correct. I learned that it was incorrect but not oly that, another person had made the very same mistake at Christmas. I just wanted to mention as I feel your site is not clear enough and perhaps a bit misleading.”
