Second time I've purchased breeches from Decathlon and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and design. All the products are really good value and well-made. I recommend them to all my friends.

i ordered swim shorts for my son and the designs and colours were fantastic and a good price unfortunately the waist was a draw string and not elasticated and therefore they had to be returned. great shame

I like decathlon but there are a few things that let you down. One is the lack of clear pricing in store, but another is your website. For such a large retailer I find the website poor, and in fact you have missed out on me making a number of purchases because I simply got fed up with the website. If you are looking for one specific item its fine, but general browsing is a pain. Recently I added a lot of sale items to my basket but was told SOMETHING was out of stock when I went to pay. I wasn't told the specific item and had to start taking items out one at a time until I was allowed to proceed - this was a complete joke. It was a huge waste of my time and meant I bought a lot less from you than I had been planning (I didn't add anything back into basket). For info I'm using an old android tablet, maybe it would better on a computer I don't know.

The only drawback was finding a contact when I wanted to postpone and then cancel an order. The concept of postponing collection of an online order from a Decathlon shop obviously hadn't been seen as an issue that needed addressing in FAQs.

I don't like your sorry is specially for the post because we have to pay lots of money in the post and order is too much cheaper and the post is too much and that's why I don't like I'd like that either so he's example Emma's on and Eva thank you poor.

I brought 3 or 4 types of I.D with me but nobody asked for them. Anybody could have picked up my parcel. The girl on the desk just spoke once to me and hang on and that was the extent of the conversation.

I have ordered a pair of shoes. It was totally unmatched with the description provided. i try to get refund but they sent a replacement which is sam as i have gotten the previous one......Awful and utterly disgusting. ....

Ordered some trainers but very disappointed that the size was alot smaller than the usual uk sizing. Can not understand why such a difference. Had to order the next size up and everything ok now.

Great value for money with Decathalon. Something for all the family whether you are sporty or not. Items purchased on line were delivered in a timely manner!

I found the trouser sizes slim fit. Perhaps more could be said on sizing/style.

Very poor service, purchased an electronic dartsboard as a present. Which became faulty after one week. Returned to store staff member explained these have now been discontinued due to the known faults. Standard refund issued with no appolgies for the inconvenience that this has caused especially with it being a gift. A discount on another dartboard would have been great customer service, but not offered so i will now shop elsewhere.

I placed my order on-line, which indicated items were 'in stock' and was given an approximate delivery date, all good so far. Four days later on the the day before items were due to arrive I received an email to say part of the order wasn't available and asked if I would like to select another item to replace, or receive a refund. How a Company take accept an accept an order then say they can't fulfil it is beyond my comprehension. I definitely would not order again from Decathlon again.
