“Good service. Good quality but postage charges a little too expensive”

“Very poor service, purchased an electronic dartsboard as a present. Which became faulty after one week. Returned to store staff member explained these have now been discontinued due to the known faults. Standard refund issued with no appolgies for the inconvenience that this has caused especially with it being a gift. A discount on another dartboard would have been great customer service, but not offered so i will now shop elsewhere.”

“I placed my order on-line, which indicated items were 'in stock' and was given an approximate delivery date, all good so far. Four days later on the the day before items were due to arrive I received an email to say part of the order wasn't available and asked if I would like to select another item to replace, or receive a refund. How a Company take accept an accept an order then say they can't fulfil it is beyond my comprehension. I definitely would not order again from Decathlon again.”

“Ordered an item online in store because they didn't have it. Received it in the store a few days later, even before it was supposed to arrive. Took the time to try it on to check it was ok and left with it. Very convenient and speedy service.”

“Ordered a tub of protein powder for pick up collection when I opened the box the tub was actually tiny! The website gives the impression of a large tub. For the cost...Not happy and waste of money. Mr smith.”

Dear Mr Smith, We apologise for any inconveniences caused we can see that the the size of tub the protein powder came in was not stated which caused you to assumed it was large tub. This product will not be coming back into stock we are unable to make changes to it but will alert the UK Market Director for Health & Discovery to suggest putting the size of the protein powders so that customers are aware of the sizes they will receive after purchase. Thank you for your feedback
