“Although I have only used Decathlon a few times I am impressed with their service. I have ordered online twice and the goods arrived very quickly. When I last visited their store in Sheffield the customer service was excellent.”

“Everything would be excellent, except they don't ship to Lithuania. And I live in Lithuania ;) Had to get a UK based address, not a big deal. I just have to wait for my stuff a little bit longer. Everything else- excellent ;)”

“Recent online purchase was easy, and arrived in good time. However, last summer I had an issue with an item purchased in-store, which failed after only a couple of days of use. It was returned, theoretically for a refund, but I've had no feedback after 8 months, despite trying to get through to various people on long-winded phone calls that don't get answered. I'm starting to believe that I'm unlikely to see replacement or refund, sadly.”

“The service from Decathlon has been excellent. I recently bought a bike, security chains and some boat shoes and have been pleased with everything and their service. Only quibble is that the bike was described on the website as having LED lights and they appear to be halogen.”

“Easy to order. Was due into store for collection on the Wednesday, I called on the Thursday and Friday as there was no sign of the parcel and was told I would receive an email when it was in the store. I didn't receive anything and eventually collected it the following Friday.”

“Yes well I am not very happy because of the following reason. I wrote an email to John Butcher, you Marketing Director, and explained that I was cycling LEJOG for charity. He replied asking me my nearest store, which one would think would lead onto offering some kind of voucher. But no, no reply from him. I also scanned and sent him the receipt for cycle accessories that I had purchased. I since also bought your Aptonia Gels, as they worked out the cheapest on the market. I am reluctant to buy anything else from Decathlon - ever. Because despite having spent out on various cycling accessories, there has been no follow up to my request.”
