“Easy to order. Was due into store for collection on the Wednesday, I called on the Thursday and Friday as there was no sign of the parcel and was told I would receive an email when it was in the store. I didn't receive anything and eventually collected it the following Friday.”

“Yes well I am not very happy because of the following reason. I wrote an email to John Butcher, you Marketing Director, and explained that I was cycling LEJOG for charity. He replied asking me my nearest store, which one would think would lead onto offering some kind of voucher. But no, no reply from him. I also scanned and sent him the receipt for cycle accessories that I had purchased. I since also bought your Aptonia Gels, as they worked out the cheapest on the market. I am reluctant to buy anything else from Decathlon - ever. Because despite having spent out on various cycling accessories, there has been no follow up to my request.”

“Stores are good. website useability is awful. To be honest it the worst of all the shop websites I've been on. A general search for shoes for example won't show you all the shoes. It'll show most but there will be some you can only find in the different departments. Sold out item arn't taken off quick enough. The fact all the product load on same page (sometime 1000's) is annoying and doesn't work on systems that have lower RAM. If you look at a product from the list, when you return to the list it can put you back anywhere (not to where you was in list). And when that mean you have to find where you was in a list of 100's of products a quick shop turns into hours of frustration.”

“Always have the items I want in stock at a reasonable price.helpful staff.I go to the Stockport branch which has plenty of parking spaces.I have also ordered on line for delivery to this store and have had no problems with this service”

“The sizing on the page dosent match some of the garments. I bought a Gillet following the size giude and the garment had its on size inside and was different. I ended up with garment far to small despite checking on the site.”

“Very good place for the kids to go running about, product selection is quite nice but not many branded selections available. Majority are Decathlon based products which I found to be very good and are better than branded and the prices are very-very good. I would give Decathlon a go before deciding if I need branded overpriced equipments.”
