“ordered a swim suit and the pattern on the back was totally out of sequence (although the picture on website did show perfect match of pattern on the back/bottom). It was a little hard to get hold of someone and although the customer service seem very keen to write you emails, they never followed up with anything and it was I who had to seek the contact numerously. Eventually it turned out the manufacturing was appalling BUT they seriously requested to send the item back on MY expense - VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“I was more than happy with the service I received from Decathlon. Not only were they quick to deliver and kept me informed of the delivery process all the way, when the goods finally arrived and I wanted to exchange one of them, the woman at the customer call centre was extremely cooperative and went the extra mile to ensure I got the product I wanted (scooter for my son's 7th birthday in the right colour) on time. My son was delighted, and I was a very satisfied customer. I wish all my online shopping experiences were like that. I will be a returning Decathlon customer for sure.”

“Hi I purcharsed a inflatable tent which for some strange reason does not come with the pump to inflate it with I emailed your Customer Loyalty Team and a lovely lady Anna dealt with all my enquires with speed and efficiency if it wasn't for Anna being so helpful I wouldn't of actually purchased the tent from you as I can't see the point of spending £400 on a tent I couldn't use as it had no pump maybe you should look into this and include the pump”
