“Good selection of items for alot of sports at excellent prices. Sometimes short supply of popular items in average sizes. In fairness I feel in my experience store offers good value for money. Good layout in stores, sports well grouped and easy to find. Most staff are very helpful, u always get one who isn't lol”

“Decathlon website is fine, no problems. It's when you come to collect your order that you realise how poor the Customer Service is. Or maybe it's just at my local Wednesbury store where they leave you waiting half an hour while 5 staff huddle around a computer ignoring irate customers waiting to collect parcels!!! Disgusting”

“An item that was supposed to be in store took over a week to "deliver". The cancellation took several weeks and several angry emails to process. Felt like dealing with a bunch of idiots, which was quite sad.”

Regarding your request, I can see that after your email we have cancelled and completely refunded your click and collect order. I have checked the estimated delivery day for the parcel to be collected in store and I can see that was perfectly on time and the return form was placed before receiving the item. You may see the estimated delivery date while you are placing the order online filling the basket and selecting the delivery option or the click and collect option. Otherwise you may reserve the item online, so the stock will be related to the store. Thank you for your patience and we hope your next experience with us will be better. “The first few items I ordered where the wrong size so I returned and exchanges them and everything was spot on with quick delivery for the replacements. Defenitely recommend everything about the company.”

“I got my package delivered to my local store,when I received my item it was too small, but there was no problem with me exchanging in the store. I was able to exchange it easily and only pay a bit extra as the replacement was a bit more expensive.”

“Purchased a Tribord Waterproof coat for my son and it is excellent, lightweight enough to go in his schoolbag when not wearing which is a huge bonus. Great style, and being waterproof is fantastic value for money. Very pleased with the coat and the service, as it arrived very quickly.”

“Bought items online. Turned up in store tocollect to find that these items had been lost/stolen as the store was closing. Then had to travel a 40 mile round trip to the next store a few days later to get a replacement at my own expense. A very poor experience and there is a constant bombardment of marketing emails from Emma at Decathlon which are getting annoying.”
