“Quick and easy web instructions. Excellent service in store and very friendly. This also applies to returning or exchanging goods. I have always found the service very good at the store in Breahead. My only gripe I have is that your web page has a greater choice and stock of cycling clothing than in-store. So it is always better to have a look on-line and do reserve and collect if you are really interested in a particular item.”

“Although we had to travel down from Cambridge it was well worth the journey. The exchange we needed was efficiently and pleasantly handled. The range of goods and how they were presented made it easy to shop and we found the other items we were interested in. There were some good deals in store. The staff were excellent.”

“Decathlon stocks a good number of products for various common UK sports and some 'fringe' sports. The shop gives you an opportunity to see what is on offer and 'get the feel' of items. If you are sure of what you want, the Decathlon online store will deliver to your local store for collection. Just pleased that one has opened up near me!”

“You cannot beat the customer service at Decathlon - both online and instore. I found staff most helpful when corresponding with them by e-mail regarding a couple of issues and also, in store, when I have returned or changed a number of items. The quality of the goods is great and very good value for money. Started purchasing items in Decathlon on the island of Mallorca long before they came to the UK and am still buying items from their shops in the UK and throughout Europe !”
