“Decathlon had a good range of football boots to try. We have found some retailers only keep full sizes whereas our 9 year old boy needed a size 2.5. Found exactly what we needed at Decathlon!”

“Received the excellent, well made Seconds Base tent within two days of ordering, the tent together with a 3 Seconds Air model kept us dry and comfortable during recent poor weather in Cornwall. We have two further Quechua pop up tents, which we have used both for overnight stops and main holidays at home and in Europe. Speedy service and well made tents from this company.”

“From ordering my chosen product, this went well until I got the email to say it was ready to collect. I had already started a holiday and was unable to collect for 16 or so days, but my concern was that the email said I must collect within 3 days or it would be sent back to source. I phoned and was assured all was OK. but I kept getting emails whilst on hols.”

“My girlfriend ordered on-line for us a Quechua Sleepin'Bed cover and a Quechua mattress . Both came to our drop off shop very promptly, so made it in time for our adventure camping to Slovenia the following week.. We had the mattress up and down numerous times on our adventure though Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy and back to Germany and we believe its great for the money and along with the Quechua Sleepin'Bed cover which comes complete with a mattress cover that adjusts with cords and 2 small pillows supplied in a zipped bag. The two colour cover is just lush with style! one of my best bargains this year.”

“Love your shops. Inspiration for a rainy day. Great quality products. Often unsuccessful in choosing the correct size for internet clothing orders...200 mile round trip to try on...too much has ended up in the charity bag.”

“My delivery was delayed so couldn't pick up from store as planned. The delivery charges are high so pickup seemed better option. Customer service handled the call to enquire on delay very well and suggested options. I ended ordering for home delivery which came on time.”

“It all worked, except for one thing which held up the service, and my time in the shop, which was very limited for me on the day. online I tried to reserve the earplugs, but again and again it would not reserve them (register them), so I had to go and find them in the shop, and queue longer to pay for them”

“Excellent customer service. I had to return my Alur 700 twice, before finally getting a bike with no issues....yet. Having failed to give customer satisfaction twice, on the same purchase...I think Decathlon could have at least sent me the higher specced Alur, or a voucher. Thoughts Mr. Lazarus ?”
