“I thought the TR800 25 Inch Kids Tennis Racket I bought was good value, but I was surprised that it did not come with a protective cover included in the price. This should always be included. Also whenever I go to the Purley Way store to look at items I find the displays to be very messy and it is difficult to find what I am looking for. The worst sections were tennis rackets and swimming goggles.”

“Very mixed customer service when trying to get a pump for my new Quechua tent. One not interested at all and told me they were still being made in France. Second attempt luckily I found a different helper and he was fantastic. Jude Tanner”

“Have been a regular customer at Decathlon for many years. Was sad when our local store relocated but still feel the trip to the store is always valuable. The products just seem to hit the spot and can match many of the high class names. I get involved with many sports sailing, skiing, running cycling ++ and in all areas have had good value from the products I have bought.”

“Hi your service was excellent. Unfortunately it was not the tent I thought I had ordered ( I thought it was pop up) My fault entirely . I struggled to put it up to the point that I almost couldn't get the poles in. I am a single mother with a 2 year old so you can imagine why it was hard! I used it for one night. I don't suppose you have a second hand service or would in any way take it back so that I could order a tent that suits me? thanks from Amy”

“Having lived in France, I was really excited when decathlon opened their store next to me in Oxford, as had been using their products for years. On competing in an ultra marathon this year I needed a lightweight rucksack, the branded ones were all well over £100, but once again Decathlon came to the rescue with a super lightweight Extend 0-10 which was only £30!!!! and ultra comfy. Also bought one of their Rockrider 540 this year and fully abused it on the Downhill trails in the Forest of Dean which it handled perfectly. Thanks Decathlon”
