“Having purchased a tow bar fitted cycle rack I was unsure if it had a faulty component so contacted Decathlon via the "contact us" application and was pleased with the response. Having decided that the item may have a fault they sent me a replacement which had the same issue. Efficient arrangements were made to collect the item with the option to return both. I decided to keep the original item as I felt the fault (if it is a fault) did not prevent the operation of the equipment and I have the 365 day return option if issues arises. However, I am disappointed that Decathlon did not or have not contacted the manufacturer of the unit to establish if the item(s) are as designed or are faulty.”

“I got myself a Oxelo Town 7 scooter with suspension, from Decathlon online. I received it quickly and the box was in good condition (not bashed around). This machine looks great and is beautifully made and has shortened my commute time by up to 20 minutes! I love the chrome finish because it doesn't scratch, I like the safety clamp on the handlebars that prevents them wobbling, I just replaced the handlebar grips with some mountain bike ones to pimp it up a bit. The wheels are running smoothly after some commutes of up to 2 miles on bumpy pavements and some roads, and I know it is cheap and easy to replace the bearings if they do break. This scooter is quite heavy to carry, but I really don't mind because of the quality. I only have one single complaint about this scooter, that you can not stand it upright, holding it in a tightly packed train can be a pain as it rolls around on the wheel, so would be good if the back wheel could lock. I give this scooter 4 and a half stars, it is a keeper!”

“Pleased with the shoes as i had waited a few months for my size 10.5 to come into stock. Ive not used them yet as I'm saving them for next season. They look well made and fit fine. I usually buy specialised shoes and these are similar although the boa types dials on them as not as good as specialised, but they work fine so don't let that put you off, £80 QUID for a pair of carbon shoes you can't argue with that.”

“The mask has not been used yet as it had to be taken to Australia for my grandaughter but the service was very good and so was the web site will update on mask if you want me to.”

“Ordered online having visited the store first, cycle delivered to the store and set up, excellent communication throughout. All the staff I had dealings with, were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have used the store since my first purchase and will continue to do so in the future. Other major stores in the UK could benefit in using the Decathlon model. On top of that the prices are very competitive.”
