“Easy to use website - allowed me to find the small backpack I was after. Luckily for me it was also reduced! Purchase straight forward and simple + arrived a day earlier then I expected - well in time for my hols. Have bought from Decathlon before - a large Quechua backpack which is excellent quality for the price, so find myself often returning when I need to get items for my travels.”

“Hi, We are Decathlon users, customers and fans since the opening in France and since the opening in London! Products have always been brilliant and affordable. We have recommended Decathlon to all friends here as in France there is no need! Everyone knows you! Just one online experience not good: I have order in July 2015 some NewFeel shoes for my son. It was a collect in the shop online order. Great service by the way. But on the online order, there was no mention of the insole to be ordered separately. So I forgot the insole and in the shop (Wandsworth) they did not have this line so impossible to buy the newfeel insoles matching the shoes. A sales advisor helped me to find an alternative which worked perfectly. But I just mention it for you to know.”

“I bought a Triban SE 500 from the online store which appeared to be working fine despite the wheel bursting about 3 times unluckily in 2 week The gears also stuck and caused the bike to come to a crashing standstill. I'm rating Decathlon as gooD because there customer service was EXCELLENT! I took it in store (Croydon) and the man was able to quickly identify the issue and advised me it was an error from the warehouse! They offered me a replacement / full refund which was no quibble or hassle. I just bought the same bike again and hope the same issue doesn't occur.”

“Shorts fit well, are comfortable and crucially, the padding is excellent. The only minor issue is that the leg length is a bit shorter than my previous pairs, consequently first few times i wore them, i needed to remember to use high factor cream on the part of the leg that was white rather than brown. If i had worn the Decathlon shorts from the start of the summer, then this wouldn't have been a problem.”

“Good service & good quality BUT - swim suits absolutely minute - ended up (after 2 exchanges) buying a size 14/15 yr old for a 10 yr old and that was only just big enough - for a very athletic, thin child !!”
