“Staff are friendly and helpful, great range of products - amazing value for money in their bike range. Only real complaint is that set-up of bikes seems to be a bit rushed and it took several visits to resolve.”

“Good service & good quality BUT - swim suits absolutely minute - ended up (after 2 exchanges) buying a size 14/15 yr old for a 10 yr old and that was only just big enough - for a very athletic, thin child !!”

“I ordered on-line which was simple and collected from the store in Coventry. The staff in the store were very helpful and pleasant. I purchased cycle wear which I have found to be very good and was inexpensive too. Will definitely be purchasing items from Decathlon again.”
