“I've ordered clothing from Decathlon five times in recent months and the experience has been very good. Sizing can be inconsistant from one item to another so I ordered different sizes. Returning unwanted items has been straightforward and refunds have been processed quickly. It's been easy to track the order status and the UPS local collection was very useful. Unfortunately it wasn't an option on all orders? Has been easy to get in touch with Customer Services the staff have been polite and helpful. Think the website needs a complete overhaul! Noticed some items do not appear in sections you would exoect to find them and it would be helpful if you were aware of stock levels.”

“Decathalon's website was really easy to navigate. I opted for store collection. My order was ready really quickly and I received reminders so that I wouldn't forget to collect it. Staff in store were friednly and helpful.”

“My first purchase from Decathlon,and being an online purchase it's always a bit of an unknown as to how quickly an order will be processed and dispatched.I'm happy to say my order was processed and dispatched very quickly.Decathlon kept me informed about it's progress and sent it via tracked Royal Mail.Well packed and arrived in prefect condition. A positive online buying experience from placing the order to delivery,I would not hesitate in recommending Decathlon A+ .”

“Good prices, some genuine bargains. I visited the Warrington store for the first time recently, having ordered a cycle tyre which required delivery from another location. I ended up buying several other items for the bike, including a chain and some shorts. I would recommend for cycling spares and clothing. Mark (Preston, Lancs)”
