“I saw what I needed at your store in Nottingham, however due to size ordered it thru Internet. Delivery was prompt and no problems. The only gripe was the package I ordered with the bike which included a bike lock. This was meant to be clamped to the frame but it did not fit anywhere on the bike. I must admit the bike frame is an unusual shape but feel if you sell an item as compatible, it ought to be. Thank you for your service. Ian Westwood”

“Quick delivery. Item Of good quality. I haven't needed to do any maintenance so far (after two months of use), so not sure how easy/convenient it is yet. I use it every day to commute 6 miles along the Thames. Happy with it.”

“Very comfortable and light . Were comfortable from the first walk out and no slipping problems on wet rock. The insoles are very basic (not surprising at the price) so you may want to consider investing in better insoles if your feet like a bit more arch support.”
