“Good delivery, fast return response and refund for one of my items that didn't fit. Good products, only thing that stops a very good is the very slightly clunky web site experience. I will shop with Decathlon again.”

“This was a very straight forward experience and prompt delivery service. The small glitch i had was a security question which i was unsure if they had received my answer, for a few hours was unsure if my order had been successfully authorised.”

“The product I bought was simply not suitable for my build - what I would classify as a normal Large size. I'm about 6' tall, 42" chest, and 36" waist. The sizing chart on Decathlon's website is quite inadequate for UK people, and I suspect is based on French people. I bought a Large, but it was tiny. I sent it back and asked for an Extra Large, but it was too small, so I called them, they sent a prepaid label, and I sent it back requesting a 2x Extra Large. It was also too small, so I called them again and said I needed to return it again and would like my money back. Each time I spoke with their Customer Loyalty Team they were fantastic. I think their service is great, but would prefer to use their stores to try things on before purchasing in future.”

“The advice in-store and assistance in placing an order for an outside table tennis table was excellent and the equipment is exactly as stated and expected. The only criticism is of the delivery company which informed me by telephone of the date and time but made the delivery very much later.”
