“The equipment I purchased was fine and has all since been thoroughly tested (mainly tents for a scout group) But I was disappointed with the £40 delivery charge; pretty overpriced for what boiled down to 7 boxes; I then had to wait in all day as the delivery time was any more specific than 9am-7pm (I think) on the day.”

“Got a great bargain on a pair of bib tights. Ordered Friday, arrived Saturday, can't complain with that! I needed to exchange for a smaller size. However, the tights had gone back up to full price. Decathlon honoured the lower price and sent a free returns label! Happy customer”

“Decathlon is a fantastic shop with fabulous equipment and clothing. We go there whenever we can but unfortunately live a long way from one of their stores. I would give this company 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor delivery experience I had. Watch out for "estimated" delivery dates, they can sometimes be a long time from the "actual" delivery date. I suggest Decathlon provides delivery dates in the way Amazon does - e.g. 3-6 October, providing a range rather than a specific estimated date. Sarah”

“ORDER N° 284253 1763608 Rockrider 500 Mountain Bike M 1 Delighted with the bike I purchased for my husband but utterly disappointed in the condition I picked it up in including: - Flat tyres - a chain that has never seen any grease - gear levers never even attempted to be lined up on the handlebars neither correctly at even at least level. To add to this, having to request help to lift the bike into my car at 7 months pregnant. The bike left the store in an extremely non road worthy condition. If I lived in closer proximity of the store, yes I would have taken the bike back to the store to demonstrate the condition it was in, but I didn't fancy an hours round trip.”

“Decathlon are an excellent, forward thinking company, with quality, good value products. Their online service is easy to use and you can click and collect your order instore for convenience. They also have a loyalty scheme where you can earn points which I love. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, always meeting my expectations. I really enjoy shopping at Decathlon either online or instore and if I do go instore then it's great to try out some of the products, making shopping more fun. I highly recommend Decathlon to all my family and friends so they can enjoy the quality products and excellent service that I do.”

“Affordable prices for top quality equipment. I bought snorkelling gear and coincidentally so did two friends and we were very pleased and a bit surprised at how perfectly everything worked for something so reasonably priced. My favourite sports shop.”

“Decathalon have a great selection of sports wear and camping goods. I am really happy with the elastic bottomed capri trousers that I have recently bought, really great for a holiday. We also have a great tent from there. It is really good to see merino tops, which have not previously been readily available in the U.K.”
