“The past few times that I have shopped in decathalon, lakeside branch have been a pleasure. All the staff that I dealt with were very happy to help me and knowledgable of their products. It has been a very long time since I have been in a shop where the staff was not rude, or acting as if they didn't want to be doing the job they do. “I had no prior experience of shopping online from Decathlon, I'd only ever been in your excellent stores in Spain. Happy to say service was first class, web ordering simple and goods received excellent value and exactly as expected..I'm going to be a regular I'm sure. Thanks Decathlon!”

“I placed my order on 24th Spetember and to date, 06th October, it hasn't arrived yet. Apparently still in France but at least no one has phoned me blaming the Migrants yet. I gave you normal as this seems to be normal.... With any luck my order will arrive in time for Christmas.”
