“Excellent customer service. I had to return my Alur 700 twice, before finally getting a bike with no issues....yet. Having failed to give customer satisfaction twice, on the same purchase...I think Decathlon could have at least sent me the higher specced Alur, or a voucher. Thoughts Mr. Lazarus ?”

“Very helpful staff in Wandsworth bike department, helped size bike correct for my son.Then ordering online to collection depot in Watford and staff had bike all ready, unboxed it went through instructions on how to put together. Always use Decathlon as quality and well priced with large selection, just wished there was one closer to me.”

“I've always found the staff extremely helpful and polite. They give you the best advice and always listen to their customers. Their product are very good value for money and good quality. I have bought 5 bikes from them so far and can't say that I'm unsatisfied. I also buy a lot of clothing for myself and my kids who love Decathlon products too. I consider myself a loyal customer.”

“Quick and easy web instructions. Excellent service in store and very friendly. This also applies to returning or exchanging goods. I have always found the service very good at the store in Breahead. My only gripe I have is that your web page has a greater choice and stock of cycling clothing than in-store. So it is always better to have a look on-line and do reserve and collect if you are really interested in a particular item.”
