“A week ago I had several issues with a bike purchased from Decathlon Harlow. Today I have a brand new replacement. The issues and problems were pleasantly, quickly and very efficiently resolved by Harlow branch manager Marc Cuckson. Thank you Marc at Decathlon, excellent customer service! Happy Carole Fern.”

“Whilst I love this shop, the thing I find most frustrating is the pricing. At times the online prices do not correlate with those in shop. I had recently bad customer service and brought it to attention of manage for over charging”
