“Items came promptly. Customer services contacted me immediately about a problem with stock and resolved the issue well. My return was processed quickly and postage was even part refunded. Any queries I had for customer services were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A great service!”

“Very disappointed you do not stock fishing tackle any longer at Wednesbury store. There was some tackle that sold very well as it was always sold out but you stocked minimal quantities. I tried to offer informed advice but to no avail.”

“Ordered neoprene trousers in-store at click and collect store. Was able to try similar product for size. Staff there very helpful with selection and placing order. Was advised it may take up to 5 days, in fact it arrived the following day. Have worn them twice now and pleased with fit and comfort.”

“I ordered a shelter as a bit of an add on to our tent. It's fabulous. So easy to put up and even if I'd got stuck at any point there is a brilliant video on the website which shows you exactly how to put it up and take it down. Delighted”
