“Good apart from the item I had to return because of size. No where does it state that you are actually selecting EU sizes. I assumed decathlon.co.uk to supply UK sizes so selected the item in (M). What was delivered was EU (M) which is the equivalent of UK (S). This should be made clear on the website at the point of purchase.”

“it is a resonably good scooter, but child step is badly designed, i like the idea Not sufficent space for pushing the scooter and i attached it with elastic cord rather than installing it permanently (what no one really wants).”

“Although I twice tried on line to order boots from Decathlon, where the system sent the wrong sizes on both occasions, I phoned the Watford store where the staff were very helpful and got the right size in for me to try on and purchase Computers!!!!!”

“Please stop children from using the scooters at fast speeds throughout the store. Staff are very helpful and cheerful considering the airless atmosphere. Very happy with the products we purchased but the online website led us to believe that many products would be visible in-store, which turned out to be wrong. Pricing is very good and encourages buying more than we need!”

“Excellent service for my first order and very fast delivery. My second order which was bigger seemed to be a problem and one item showing in stock was holding up delivery. Once removed the items were delivered next day. Have since placed another order.”

“Excellent value for money and only gave me little blisters and I get gigantic blisters from Clark's shoes etc so I was so pleased! (I did Duke Of Edinburgh in them) However they're not waterproof, but can't complain for the money I paid!”
