“The SOLOGNAC clothing quality for the price is fantastic, stock is very low in store but the online ordering and local store collect works great.............unlike the staff, on several occasions and different staff I have left the store thinking how did these people pass an interview and how bad were the candidates that didn't get the job? 4 Stars for the Clothing but disappointment in the cashiers”

“Very friendly snd helpful staff. Was an unusual collection store. When I went in I wasn't sure where to stand or get a ticket to be served. There was no front desk to stand by to queue. There were no changing facilities (the usual hoop curtain would have been fine) Other than that friendly and quick with no nonsense. Was easy to return one of the items that didn't fit.”

“The fitting for this item was VERY small. I had to exchange the item. Had I ordered this as a mail delivery I would have been displeased. I feel your site should make reference goods when a small fitting. Your shop staff were aware of this fact.”

“Well thought out product, is missing age guidance and bow draw weight. I thought it would be a good entry into archery for my 4 year old son, he's doing well with it, but the draw weight is too great for him to use it effectively.”

“Great bike great delivery service, however the sales assistants attitude in store was really poor as soon as he realised it was the lower end of the market bike we was wanting he very quickly lost interest in helping us, very very poor sevice from him, to the point that we left the store and orderd on line, the product and delivery was great altho the box was slightly damaged, but the bike was not damaged in any way and very easy to put the final bits together.”

“Much of what Decathlon sells is quality kit at very reasonable prices. Mixed in are some bargain-you-really-can't-complain-at-this-price items and a few oh-that's-a-bit-steep products. I can always find something to buy on a visit!”
