“The online shop isn't the most usable but does the job (bit chaotic filtering and tends to lag as well),the transactions were prompt and the product was definitely the best offer in the category.”

“In general I'm happy with the price/quality. What I like is that unlike sportsdirect, Decathlon staff is friendly and customer service is good. Decathlon allows you to actually return faulty goods. The only minus is that postage went up.”

“Overall the service was good, I ordered items on line and they were delivered quickly, all items were present and in good condition. 5 stars service I ordered two pairs of shorts both in the same style, but different colours, so it was disappointing that despite the labels all identifying them as being the same size, that one pair had a waste size 1.5" bigger than the other, which meant I had to return them which cost me time and money to do so, plus then I had to start looking elsewhere for another pair of shorts. Decathlon have missed a trick here because great customer service would of meant, that when they read the reason for return on the ticket, they should of selected a suitable replacement, then rung me to explain they had some the right size , then dispatched accordingly, 2 Star service”

“Items well worth the money but unfortunately I ordered a few items and waited over 2 weeks as gloves were out of stock so this held up the other 3 items that were in stock I would have waited even longer if I never canceled the gloves to speed up the order poor customer service should have posted the other items and sent the gloves at a later date.”

“The sizing was unusual. I normally take medium UK but it seems Decathlon sizes run small as i had to have a Large and that only just fitted 34inch waist”

“I bought a mountain bike (B'twin Rockrider 340) online. Firstly, this bike is very good value for money. I've used it a couple of times, put it through it's paces a bit and had no problems at all. The product doesn't come with a manual even though the delivery note said it should have one. I queried this online as I wanted to know how to tighten up the suspension and how to adjust the handlebars. While this may be obvious for some, I'm far from experienced with bikes. I was directed to the B'twin website but after trying to find the information I needed for over an hour, gave up. So I'm left none-the-wiser and it appears no one can help me. Don't want to take away from the bike itself though, pleased with it.”

“I love the all the products, fair price. the site navigation could be better, with page back arrow, so that you can easily return to previous page quickly, without going through all the product, but may be done on purpose for commercial reason, when hesitating between items it is annoying. with regards to clothes/swim wear the sizing is so wrong ? how come? delivery and refund facilities very good.”

“Great products and great service. Only issue I find, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, is how expensive it is still for delivery. Had it been for free in the UK, I would probably be buying a lot more but sometimes the delivery price is higher than the things we want to buy.”
