“Very fast postage from web order although packaging was not great or very secure as had opened up and lost contents! But this was followed up by superb customer service with apologies and a speedy replacement. Would definitely buy again from Decathlon.”

“Great product happy for what I purchased. But could not print my decathlon card the printer not working. 3 weeks later still no card plus been in store since. They said you will have £5 voucher on card which they can't see on it. No card and no voucher!”

“I ordered an item under the understanding that it would be delivered to my home address. I subsequently learned that home delivery was not available when I investigated a notification that the item had arrived in an outlet some 80 miles away. I pointed out this out and the staff were quick to organised a home delivery from the outlet. This was a problem of communication - I would suggest that it be made clearer on the site that home delivery is not available (why did you you collect my address outside payment authentication?) - but one that was resolved very smoothly by staff.”

“The tent itself was great. It has a decent sized sleeping area (I would say 2xadult and 2xchildren rather than 4adults for sizing), and I found the gazebo area really useful for keeping baggage. It held up well in sporadic rain and wind. I would say that while the tent is easy to put up, the instructions aren't that helpful as they don't include a number of the steps. So potentially watch the video a few times first.”

“I have been satisfied by the staff when I went to change items personally. One thing I have found not good is that I cannot change a mask I payed 35£ anymore and I should be able over a year of purchasing as when I used it it was leaking inside and so couldn't use it during my holiday. Thanks”

“Had to send my orginal item because it was much smaller than I imagined. Returns procedure was speedy, FREE and easy to arrange. Organising the replacement was easy, but was slighly delayed due to a shortage of stock. However, I was kept informed and have now received the replacement and in good time for my holiday.”

“The service was great and the item was even better then I thought it would be for the price. The only complaint is that I found it hard to find the item on the website. I was looking for something I had seen in store and the first time I looked on the website I couldn't find it so thought it wasn't sold online it was only checking again and really looking for this particular item that I found it.”

“The quality of the bike I bought is fantastic as you'd expect with decathlon. However, the palaver of having to send a copy of my passport and proof of address was a bit over the top for a purchase under £300.”
