“In my experience Decathlon delivers quality products for all members of the family at very reasonable prices. Not just for clothes/sportswear but we have bought great kids scooters archery sets etc. I usually shop in store however I recently bought trousers online which were delivered promptly and as described. I can’t fault Decathlon great store and online service”

“I placed my order and after 10 days telephoned to say that I'd not received it. I was told there was a problem and a new order would need to be made. After I explained that this was poor customer service I received a discount voucher. The pop up tent however is excellent!”

“I ordered a children's shoe in UK 1.5 as advertised on the website. It was click and collect. When my wife travelled to collect the shoe they were actually a UK 2. The order confirmation clearly states UK 1.5 but the show said UK 2. The store assistant wasn't interested and said that Decathlon is a European company and goes on European sizes - well the EU size is 33.5 for anything advertised as a UK 1.5 yet the store assistant stated Decathlon class EU 34 as UK 1.5 therefore ignoring the uniform sizing system. Wasted journey and wasted purchase”

“I have bought twice on Decathlon but won't be buying any time soon. First it doesn't allow you to pay with another card except yours. My mother in law that lives in another country asked me to buy her something and pay with her card,but Decathlon asked for proof of residency. I understand is a security matter, but I am sure you can go around that in another way other than to ask for proof of residency. I had to call and cancel the order, do it again and pay with my card. Also the pick up policy just be extended. 7 days holding an item that has been payed already is just annoying. People are very busy and may not have that chance to go pick it up in a week. 14 days would be better. Bare in mind that all of these situations happened in one order. Because I couldn't pick it up on time, again it was cancelled and I had to that all over again. So, my experience with Decathlon wasn't good at all and I am not one to complain, believe me. It was just too much hassle and too much time spent on just one order. Not good!!”

“The quality is good and didn't take too long to set up. The delivery company wasn't satisfactory however and we were very disappointed with their service. Part of delivery was missing, attempts to get through to find out what had happened was difficult, was then promised phone call which didn't happen, to then have to wait in again for next delivery which was late as well. Poor service overall. Sorry Decathlon, product good..delivery unsatisfactory.”
