“The free lights that where meant to come with the bike where not there Bike itself seems decent.”

“I am no expert as I am pretty new to cycling, but this seems to be a great bike. I find it very stable, much more so than the cycle cross bike I have which has much thicker tyres. Little bits where it seems a bit cheap, eg the saddle, are not bad and really I would rather have that and keep the great handling. Excellent value for money, I love it!”

“I ordered a pair of Adidas blue basketball shorts, drove all the way to Croydon store to collect them and when I collected my order, it turned out a pair of red shorts was delivered instead. I did not want those, so returned them there and then. One of the staff members checked the website and informed me that an incorrect image was uploaded with the item description on Decathlon website. Very disappointing.”

“Overall generally happy with the service however last week I wanted to purchase a pair of walking shoes. I checked online and found the Warrington store had 2 pairs of my desired shoes available. I was going away for the weekend so visited the store on Friday afternoon to purchase the shoes. On arrival I was informed that the shoes were out of stock and the "computer" was wrong? I was offered a similar pair but they were £50 more expensive which I couldn't afford. Unfortunately at this point I didn't have time to go elsewhere and went away with out any walking shoes. I'm surprised that a business of your size has such poor stock inventory? Thanks Dave”
