“Good service and advice from the bike crew but could be more attentive. The guys are all obviously busy - prepping new bikes etc. I wonder if it would be worth having a couple of 'adviser only' roles that are easily identifiable in busy times?”

In regards to the delivery service you mentioned, after adding the items to the basket in our website and go to check out, you have the option of choosing different delivery companies (depending on the weight and dimensions) which can dispatch your parcel at home.
