“I had one missing product from my order due to a box bursting during delivery (I think) and a refund was courteously and efficiently dealt with. Customer service was easy to get through to which is not always the case. The products are great quality and amazing value”

“This was my first experience of Decathlon.Not heard of it before as no outlets near by.Was told of it by someone on boat cruise on holiday.Will search in future should I require anything.”

“Sizes are small for similar products in other shops. The size 14 top was more like a size 10. Good value for money especially for children who grow so quickly.”

“Used many times without issue. However on this latest order the wrong bike was received. I ordered a blue and black one (child's bike) and a red and black one appeared on the order email. I immediately wrote to the customer service address highlighting this and saying we desired the blue one. I never received a reply from customer services and we did indeed receive the red and black one. My son however decided he could not wait for the swap etc.!”

“Easy to order on the website. Order arrived quickly. We had ordered various sizes of items to try on at home. Could only return via store but had 12 months to do this, so there was no problem. Happy with whole process.”

“The most recent purchase I have made from Decathlon was a tent - I wanted an inexpensive tent for me to take to a motorcycle event and to a music festival, but one in which I could stand (I'm getting too old to crawl around on all fours!). I chose the Quechua Arpenaz 4.1 Family Tent, and am extremely pleased with it. Priced at less than £80 it ticks all of the boxes which I had set, and delivery was made within 24 hours.”

“As a family we now have 5 btwin bicycles and they have all been good value for money with excellent frame design. Your recent changes to the website forcing you to sign in were such a pain I was within seconds of abandoning Decathlon”

“Great value. Great range. I will certainly shop here again. The sizes a re a little on the small side so my 'large' cycling top and shorts are more like borderline medium/large but quality is good and price is unbeatable.”
