“Website was easy to use and ordering process was efficient and convenient. Collecting goods was fine but it's a little bit disinterested in the shop. I had ordered riding boots in a couple of sizes and the refund for the unwanted pair was straight forward. So all in all I'm happy”

“The store assistants in the horse riding aisle were very helpful and took the time to advise and check that the helmet was the right size and fit. Only 4 stars overall because the self checkout was not a good experience and there wasn't anyone working at the tills. We are very pleased with all the various products we bought. The swimming kits were excellent value for money.”

“I am waiting for a email reply for the coat I sent back for a refund.I sent it back Monday on a next day delivery.I was very pleased with the quality but it not fit my great niece.you were out of stock of the next size,so I am hoping you will have it in soon.thank you.”

“I ordered 2 tops for my husband. My order arrived but the tops came up small so I sent them back with the option of replacing them with a larger size. All done on line and replacements received a week later. Good quality fleeces too.”

“Really very good service and I would have given five stars but we were looking for the screws to the equipment and found them loose in the box.we would expect tiny parts to be attached in the packing.We will certainly use the service again.”
