“Well priced products with efficient delivery. I ordered the wrong size but they changed the items with no fuss. My only complaint would be that sizes are not as uniform as I'd like.”

“My order of a cycling jersey was the wrong size. It was easy to send back and a new item in the correct size was very promptly sent. Sizing information could have been a bit clearer but good for service.”

“My items arrived quickly and were well-packaged. The quality was fine for the price; however, since making the purchase I have been inundated with emails from Decathlon. I have now unsubscribed from the mailing list as I don't want/need emails every few days. To be honest this level of marketing has put me off using the company again.”

“Good slim fit shape for men's trunk like yoga shorts, avoids baggyness or excessive length... Excellent soft quick drying fabric... but detailing is not the best: Unnecessary tensioning chord is annoying. Watch out: Sizes are smaller than expected. I have 34" waist and Decathlon indicated that would mean medium. I found medium to be cripplingly tight! Had to exchange for large which was relatively straightforward.”

“Overall Decathlon were very good and i would return in the future, I had just small niggle; i bought two ski jackets for my daughter (of different sizes) and sent the one i didn't want back. the problem i had was with the refund, it wasn't until i reminded them i hadn't yet received my money back did they actually do anything. However when they were made aware they acted immediately and i received the refund actually quicker than i was expecting! I would put this down to being very busy on the run up to christmas. So overall i'm happy with the goods and with the service!”

“Ordered track suits for my girls next day received an email saying one was out of stock however when I collected the order both were available. The tracksuits look good quality and were very reasonably priced.”

“I bought this body running light because I go running early in the mornings and because it is winter time, it is dark. The light got 3 different light stages, is easy and light to wear. I only used the light 4 times so far so I can't say how long it lasts. Together I have been running around 3 hours and the light is still working; didn't need to charge it yet. It doesn't make much difference whether I run with stage 1, 2 or 3 as the light doesn't come up much stronger really which might be a tiny minus. For runs up to 4 hours and/or back up in addition to a head light it is perfect and I would definitely recommend it!”

“Item was priced well and quickly delivered to store. Packaging was pretty amazing and kept the item well protected. Unfortunately it has some slight manufacturing faults which should have been picked up before the item was despatched.”

“Decathlon are quick at posting stuff out, which is good, but I took a 'Star' off because when I returned a product to them for a replacement, the new order showed on my account as 'in progress' for two weeks and it wasn't until I asked them where was my order that they asked me for my proof of postage for the item I sent back as this was holding things up. I scanned and emailed them the proof straightaway and they finalised the order and I received the goods a couple of days later.”
