“Good product, price and service. Only issue when oredering online was: they forgot to register the product in store and so never received the confirmation. If I haven't been to the store without confirmation, th ebike would have been sold to anyone without me knowing!”

“Experience buying from Decathlon has been very positive. The cycling base layers come a bit small (particularly the armpit region) so I ordered a size bigger (I am normally an M so I ordered L) and I am happy with the fit”

“Very good value and good service in most respects. However it can be difficult to find specific items on the website (e.g. you can't search for only short-sleeved men's t-shirts, you have to look through 215 items including long-sleeved). Also certain items have been out of stock for a few months now which is very disappointing.”

“I have been very impressed with how efficient Decathlon are. I had a problem with a recent order and it was dealt with very quickly and what they promised actually happened. Would not hesitate to use them again and again.”

“I had a problem regarding an exchange: I emailed them before ordering to make sure I could get items I needed to exchange sent to store before going to exchange, as I live 75miles away from the nearest store and did not want to go twice. When I phoned the local store to check, they did not have the items required but said I needed to go in for them to only be able to order the items back into store as they could not pre order from the warehouse. This is the situation I did not want to be in, so I phoned customer services who I must say sorted the problem out very quickly and allowed me to return the items via post at no cost for an exchange. The Items seem very good quality and I will be happy to use the website and stores again for future purchases.”

“Products were quality, my cycling jacket was to small and I found the process to do return on-line a bit confusing. I followed instructions to return it with different size but was just credited with a refund. Good site though...great selection.”

“The ordering and collection process was very smooth. The only minor note was that the product (a sports bag) looked red on-screen but turned out to be coral. That aside, I was very happy with the experience.”

“Some sizes are a little bit smaller than the UK equivalent but generally the quality of the goods is of a higher standard than other sports stores. Also the prices are very competitive. All in all it's a good place to shop.”

“Love decathlon, but they really need to fix the time limits for pickup on their click & collect/reserve in store (is it 7 days? or 5 days?), and to stop spamming me with reminder emails if I've ordered something to pick up later. Ideally, if I could set a 'pick up date' on the website, then there's no need to keep sending me emails.”
