“In store you can find some real bargains. Same price range as Spoets Direct but without the quality hit. Online they've always delivered stuff quickly. The only annoying thing is the wadge of tags they sew into their clothing, but you can always cut them off.”

“Our order arrived 2 days later than expected so it was no good to us in the end, half Decathlon's fault and half the Royal Mail. I have to say I have NEVER received such brilliant service when it came to returning them. Totally hassle and cost free, amazing!”

“I purchased a rock-climbing harness from the Decathlon website. No warning was provided about their no-returns policy for climbing equipment however the Surrey Quays Decathlon store gave me a full refund for the incorrect purchase. The store went above and beyond what they were obliged to do and provided first class customer service. I am a happy customer.”

“This is the top of the range pair of bib-tights. It is made of sturdy fabric, compressive, with a long-ride pad that is very comfortable in use. I am very pleased with this product. My only crit is that it has blue flashes on the heels, which clashes with the red that predominates elsewhere in my kit. I strongly recommend these bib-tights.”
