“Tent (Quechua Arpenaz 4.1) was good value, looks well made and arrived in good condition. Have put it up once to check that everything was there - it was! Followed instructions on website (YouTube video) and it wasn't very much harder than they made it look with two of us, one a complete novice. Would be pretty tricky with one person I feel. All in all very happy so far although the test will be Glastonbury in June! Only slight confusion was that despatch notice had no indication of how long I had to wait for delivery and I wasn't able to track my package via UPS as suggested so was almost too late by time decided to call in on off chance but it all turned out well in end (though would choose alternative delivery method next time).”

“It took a almost 10 days for them to assemble the items in our order. Then there was a technical error which meant our address was incomplete on the package. Despite us noticing and contacting them about it they were unable to correct it and the package was returned to them. At this point, there was no more time for us to receive the items before we needed them so we cancelled the order.”
