“Bought the easybreath snorkel mask to take on holiday. I have had nasal surgery and cannot use a normal snorkel and mask. The Easybreath is Fantastic, you just breath normal with your head under the water. I am 52 years old and this is the first time I have watched fish under water. 10/10”

“Collection was painless and shorts where waiting for me. Unfortunately the size was wrong however was able to pick a smaller size and go to the checkout to change. No real issue. But would prefer if could be delivered for free to my house.”

“Initially visited your local store at Croydon, about one hours drive for me, expecting to buy a bike and come away with it. The bike I wanted was not on show, perhaps I should of phoned first. Purchased the bike online but was not sure about size so I asked and was told that I needed a medium(M). The bike arrived promptly but was much too big mainly due to the length of saddle receiving tube above the crossbar, about 130mm. Contacted your office and was told I needed an extra small(XS) and as there was not one in the country it would take a week. Original bike collected and returned within one day and new one arrived in four days. I have now been fitted for the bike by a local cycle mechanic and am pleased with my purchase. P.S. My wife recently purchased a Specialized bike and I assumed that the gear change method would be the same on mine. On my first ride I was going downhill in a high gear approaching an up hill and tried to change down using the gear lever but found I was stuck in the high gear. Again I phoned and was told to take the bike to a local bike shop to resolve the problem and you would reimburse me. I took the bike to the shop and the mechanic put the bike on the stand and immediately changed down, no charge. He explained that SRAM method was different to the SHIMANO where one shifts the brake lever to change down! It's been fine since.”

“Every time I return to decathlon I am very pleased with the level of help and willingness of the staff to be of assistance. I was especially pleased with the assistant who helped me select a good pair of walking boots where he was very happy to bring me numerous types until we found the pair which suited my needs best. Over and above!!!”
