“Although the click and collect was easy and efficient my experience was sadly spoilt by the male assistant in store . As I had stood and waited at the desk for longer than I should have when I was told by the checkout assistant I had to join the main queue . He had seen me and acknowledged me when I arrived . Not likely I will click and collect again . Not at reading store anyway .”

“We bought an inflatable tent and a hand pump which completely snapped in two at first use! We were really disappointed by the quality of the item to say the least as the tent was inflatable only and we could not use the tent when we went camping last week-end!!!!! The customer service has been great. They have sent a replacement pump but too late for our week-end away.”

“Fantastic service. Delivered in good time and perfect condition. I ordered the Oxelo Town 9 EF Adult scooter. The information, reviews and video on the site was the best out there and the price was competative. When you put the details on the site, how it helped, and price together, it was a no brainer to buy from Decathlon direct. The box being 40% bigger than was needed was a bit overkill, but everything inside was in great condition. This scooter is 300% better quality than the expensive one I previously owned, and the shock absorbing is truly fantastic (my eye sight was blurred and loss of vision on previous one). This one is a smooth ride, gliding effortlessly along, with super responsive back break and very well balanced indeed! 10/10”

“Superb company, will use again. Order process and website was very easy to use. I purchased a 2 Second 3 Man Tent, I bought the fresh and black one, Paid for DHL delivery and it was here the next day ready for my camping trip the day after. The tent itself is brilliant, 100x easier to put up and put away than my last popup tent, plus all of the extra features that come with the fresh and black version are very good, I had a bit of condensation on the inside but it was freezing in the night. I would highly recommend this website and it's products along with the superb customer service.”
