“Fantastic service. Delivered in good time and perfect condition. I ordered the Oxelo Town 9 EF Adult scooter. The information, reviews and video on the site was the best out there and the price was competative. When you put the details on the site, how it helped, and price together, it was a no brainer to buy from Decathlon direct. The box being 40% bigger than was needed was a bit overkill, but everything inside was in great condition. This scooter is 300% better quality than the expensive one I previously owned, and the shock absorbing is truly fantastic (my eye sight was blurred and loss of vision on previous one). This one is a smooth ride, gliding effortlessly along, with super responsive back break and very well balanced indeed! 10/10”

“Superb company, will use again. Order process and website was very easy to use. I purchased a 2 Second 3 Man Tent, I bought the fresh and black one, Paid for DHL delivery and it was here the next day ready for my camping trip the day after. The tent itself is brilliant, 100x easier to put up and put away than my last popup tent, plus all of the extra features that come with the fresh and black version are very good, I had a bit of condensation on the inside but it was freezing in the night. I would highly recommend this website and it's products along with the superb customer service.”

“Great Store, products and staff but terrible phone system! had received a call to confirm tennis racquet string type and tension and when I called back got into a loop system. No matter what extension I dialled it brought me back to the main automated switch board. I now have no idea what strings and what tension was fitted. I visited the store to attempt to communicate directly and when the front desk tried to contact the stringing section they had exactly the same problem with the phone system as I had. Even if i could have left a message for the stringer, that would have helped. I am sure with the right desire you can fix this simple but frustrtating problem.”
