“all the staff i spoke to were very kind polite and helpful the one down point was that some of the store looked under stocked but overall happy and we found good trainers for my daughter at a good price”

“Bicycle arrived in shop and no one contacted me to say it was there and if my daughter hadn't went in for something else and saw bike sitting We would still be waiting for email from you. When my daughter questioned if it was for us they told her it had been in for a few days and checked name then decided to send me an email! So pretty poor service.”

“Decathlon is a success for fairly obvious reasons. Quality at a reasonable cost, good quality communication and a growing brand value. The bikes have, in particular, impressed with their overall build and spec and are generally at an aggressive price point when compared to similar spec "big" brands. Well done!”

“Ordered new gear hanger after discussion with in store bike dept technician, to ensure it would fit. When it arrived (in a comically large padded envelope) I found it did not fit and returned it to the store. A suitable replacement was found and ordered and I was told I'd receive a call when the part arrived. The technician, who was the same guy I had spoken to a few days earlier, apologised for my wasted time and travel and offered to fit the hanger and give my bike a service free of charge. The call didn't come, but when I phoned I was told the part was in and asked to bring in my bike. The work was carried out in a couple of days and I received my bike back in tip top condition.”

“I bought two bicycles and received a great service - ordered online, delivered to my nearest store, bikes set up and in perfect order. Helpful staff member at the store, swapped a fastener which was a contrasting colour to the bike for me, while I waited. Both bikes are fantastic! Great specification, fantastic value for money - I highly recommend Decathlon products and you earn points that can be redeemed as money-off vouchers, too. Please keep up the good work, Decathlon!”

“I aked to asambla a bikeweel and they asked me to pay 12 pounds and they seeled to me things whant didn t need. So poor, decatlon is doing nothing for the customer.????”

“Return system through shop is poor. I was expected to hand over items without being given any sort of receipt, and was told that an email would arrive telling me that the credit was being sent to my credit card. Not good enough, there was no reason that the shop could not have credited my card straight away.”
