“After buying some bike complements (helmet, lights, glasses), decathlon sent me those items through InPost UK. But the messenger lost my parcel, so I had to contact decathlon to ask for a new order. Finally, after 3 weeks I got my items... The helmet, though, had been packed roughly and it had the size adapter bent and almost broken. I wouldn't definitely recommend buying items online at decathlon. I was a really bad experience for me.”

“Very good value for money. I have bought Tribord, Forclaz and Quechua fleece or jackets and was very pleased with the quality. Warm, wash well and are very comfortable.”

“I started to use Decathlon a lot whenever I visited France as their quality, product range and pricing was very good (One of the best French Companies) I was very pleased when they opened up in the UK and I now buy a lot online and am always pleased. I also visit one of their UK branches if I am in the area where the staff at always helpful. I most probably use them 8-12 times a year.”
