“Ordered an item for an event which, on the website, said delivery on or before a certain date. I paid extra delivery to ensure that it was delivered by this date. I then received the shipping e-mail which said it would be delivered on that date or possibly the day after. I phoned up, cancelled my order because I needed the item that day, and they said they would cancel so it wouldn't be delivered. The item was then delivered anyway, so I have to arrange a return. First time ordering from Decathlon, can't say I'm impressed!”
