“Jacket ordered too small. I rang operator and sorted return and as I needed replacement for a trip she offered to send it before they received original. Arrived 2 days later, perfect but unfortunately missing stuffer bag but no drama”

“The size of the garment that I ordered was too small, despite me ordering the size I normally wear. I notice that this has been mentioned in other people's reviews. Also, I didn't like having to sign up for the website when this was just a one off purchase. In the event, it is unlikely that I will ever try to purchase anything from Decathlon in the future.”

“I have never been able to snorkel as I didn't have the confidence! This tribord solved everything and I have been snorkeling in the Maldives at the age of 65!!!!”

“Ordered 3 mens running jerseys size large Black received 2 blue 1 white size xl the extra large did actually fit but they were the wrong colour. Did not return because too much hassle and they only cost £15.”

“This was my first order with Decathlon. The order arrived quickly and although I had to return part of the order for an exchange I didn't have to pay postage on the exchanged product which was posted to me. I also received a refund which was processed very quickly. Overall very happy with the service and will use Decathlon again!”
