“I was able to buy quality snowboard gear for my son with no delivery cost and a good returns policy. Although i have not returned anythings because it has all be as described and great!”

“Ordering was quick and delivery too. We collected quickly. My only concern was when asked my name i was shown the computer screen and asked to point out which name was me. They never asked me for ID and he then left to collect the bike leaving us with the computer and also names of others that had ordered and were awaiting collection. i found this extremley unproffesional not to mention a breech of client confidentiality.”

“Great customer service; on the phone and at the store (Edinburgh). Staff put in effort to make things easy for me to address my concern (returning of purchased item) and dealt with the matter efficiently. I'm pleasantly surprised :-)”

“Décathlon n'a pas d'équivalent au UK en termes de rapport Qualité / Prix. Le nouveau store de Stevenage est un peu limité mais ceci est probablement dû au lancement. Le personnel y est sympathique. Le rayon Cycles est lui très fourni - la concurrence est forte dans. ce domaine en revanche. Pickup très pratique, comme en FR. Cordialement.”

“Sizing not as expected. Returned goods to shop in Reading where staff told me sizing on most items comes up small. No mention of this on line. I therefore lost the cost of having the goods delivered and even more disappointed to find the Reading shop did not even have the items in stock. Extremely disappointed with my first experience with my first, and probably only, purchase from yourselves.”
