“I ordered a bike part using the Inpost service. It never showed up. Decathlon issued a refund and replacement part via next day delivery; took a week to arrive. Customer service was good but the the actual delivery was the worst I've experienced.”

“Items that were ordered were very quickly delivered to local store free of charge. The assistant in the store was very helpful, she answered some questions I had. Some items were returned due to ordering to get the correct size, items were returned to store and I received a no hassle refund in a day or two. Items that were kept were of great quality and very reasonably priced.”

“Hi decathlon Thank you for making me happy along these years that dealt with you. Fishing tackels that I bought good tools still work efficiently, but we expect more of you. Let me make a few comments: - 1. fishing equipment must be based specialist to review the technical aspects when announced. 2. Sometimes the product price in your branches at the level of Europe and the world are different 3. We are your customers loyal and ongoing need more care cuts Thank you , you are our favorites”
