“The clothes came quick on the day they said they would arrive all sizes were correct and good quality”

“Brought the baby bike helmet 500 for my daughter. Was told by the sales person that Helmets are non exchangeable dispite the receipts claim to unlimited time to return. Brought it home and it is too big for her head. Now I am stuck with a helmet that doesn't fit which cost £13.99. I thought the shape would help with the fit as it is slightly square. I would not recommend this product.”

“Decathlon has an excellent website, easy to navigate and with good information about the products. Their prices are very good indeed for the quality of the items. I bought online some trekking equipment, jacket, boots and backpack, and I must say that these items matched the quality of other top brands for a fraction of the price. Good choice of colours and the size is good too. I am very satisfied and will continue to be their customer”

“Cheap and practical nothing special just a normal day sack at reduced price to try and get people to buy more stock. Fast delivery. If you are into your sports clothing give them a go. Unless there are anymore bargains I will give them a miss”

“Good service, had to return the item as faulty, received refund for the cost of item paid in cash but the use of loyalty card is in voucher form. This is valid for only 3 months, as we live a considerable distance from our nearest store unlikely to be able to use this £5. The general quality versus price is usually very good.”

Hello Brian I am happy to hear you were pleased with the service you received. Unfortunately when items are paid with vouchers these have to be refunded with vouchers as were are unable to refund a greater amount than originally paid. If you have a loyalty voucher or promotional code (not gift card) this is also valid for use online. Have a nice day.
