“Ordering is good, but the way to sort products from categories is not ideal. Sometimes, products are not appearing, or appearing in the wrong place (for a example a £10 products will appear between products for £20 and £30 even though it is sorted by prices ascending).”

“I have purchased items from Decathlon in the past and found the quality to be very good.All have been excellent value for money. I have never had to wait long for a delivery and all have been well packaged.No complaints at all only praise and to be recommended.”

“Badly misinformed in store as to how long delivery would be if I ordered an item on line and then when it did arrive at the store only given a few days to collect which caused difficulties as I was away by then”

Hello John Thank you for your feedback on your experience in ordering from us. Many of our products have to come from the warehouses in France and this is why the delivery time is about 1 week. For items that we have in stock in the UK warehouse the delivery time is approximately 2 days. An estimated delivery date is given before placing the order. We give all click and collect orders 7 days to be collected as stores do not have enough space to keep them. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Have a nice day.
