“My family as used Decathlon in Sheffield for years now, the most recent purchase was made inline as it was simple replacement after my daughter had a fall from her horse; thankfully, the helmet we had purchased six months earlier did it's job well, so it was a like for like replacement. the online shop and process was simple and effortless, this will encourage us to shop this way with Decathlon again. However, we find the friendliness of the store with guidance and support in products to be the preferred option. Decathlon all the way, reassuring quality and great value.”

“My shop online was a bit problematic, the Domyos MY TOP fitness tank top confused me. I wanted a red one, and the red picture said "pink" when you hover over it. So did the pink one. I guessed that as it looked red it was red, but no, when my order came it was the pink one. Dissapointed.”

“Simple to use online system giving you the choice of home delivery or free in-store collection. Ordered a bike online, had it delivered to the store and the mechanics were more than happy to set it up free of charge. Customer service and aftersales is excellent. Unlimited refund period with the use of a Decathlon card gives great peace of mind.”

“Decathlon's price was the best, delivery was fairly prompt and the packaging was more than enough to protect the item (a £100 head torch). There's also something about the brand that reminds me of being on holiday in Europe; which simply makes me like it!”
