“I ordered a btwin 720 on January 27th with est delivery on 3rd of Feb in order to take it on a training camp in tenerife. By 3rd of Feb nothing had arrived though so I called up and apparently decathlon had tried to deliver it by royal mail, who don't actually do deliveries that big so it was sitting somewhere. Your customer service were very helpful in organising a nee delivery, I can't fault them. But the bike was still delivered too late on the 6th of Feb, ten days after I ordered it. It's just odd that a superstore who deal primarily in bikes would make the error of trying to send one with a company who don't take them. Great customer service, terrible delivery. Thanks”

“I needed to replace a Geonaute 35l travel bag I'd bought from Decathlon 5 or 6 years ago. The original is still in an excellent, usable condition apart from some damage to a wheel caused by careless baggage handlers about 3 years ago. Considering that this bag has probably travelled about 80,000 kilometres in some some pretty rough terrain, I was very pleased with its quality and utility. I found the replacement on-line with Decathlon - slightly remodelled & re-branded as Newfeel but meeting the same high standards - ordered with standard delivery option and received it within 2 working days. The replacement has just completed its first expedition, touring Sri Lanka. I fully expect it to provide the same high level of durability and service.”

“I bought a B'Twin bike for my husband. Excellent quality for money. I had the bike shipped to my address as I do not live near a decathlon. All instructions were followed, however it was unfortunate the one of the pedals fell off on transit. The response by decathlon was very efficient and we arranged to take the bike to our local bike shop to have it repaired and the costs would be claimed back from decathlon. This isn't normally the level of customer service I have experienced and so I was very happy with this arrangement. I was completely aware that having the bike shipped would mean some work on my part to build the bike. Not sure how building some parts of bikes at home can be improved. It may take some creative thinking on the part of decathlon. Maybe some interactive online support? Excellent customer service.”

“Received tent very promptly but there was a tiny fault. this was remedied very promptly by Decathlon and we had the replacement in less than a week. All correspondence was very helpful and efficient. Really impressed.”
